There were a few sculptures of heads in the arches. I guess eventually all of the arches would be filled by family members.

Inside the mausoleum.

This one was round. Just like the larger mausoleums we saw in Rome.

There were dozens of mausoleums.

We only saw about 1/2 of Pompeii. We were on a schedule and our feet were KILLING us. We were really tired so we decided to leave.
