The Nymphaion. Donated by Herodes and his wife Regilla to the sanctuary. The niches of the semicircular, two-story building were adorned with statues of Herodes Atticus, of the Emperors Antonius Pius, Hadrian, Marcus Aurelious, and members of their families.

There was also a marble bull in front of the Nymphaion.

After the prehistoric building, Kriton let us wander around. Bill and I headed to the Temple of Zeus first.

This Temple of Zeus is the one that contained the statue that was one of the Seven Ancient Wonders of the World.

The pieces of columns were everywhere.
