We saw our first giraffe kinda far off.

And then they got closer.

There were just a few and they were pretty far off.

The hotel observation platform out towards the park.

We walked back towards our room and there was a big family of warthogs.

The young ones were playing.

I think there are 5 warthogs in this picture. They really blend in with the wood.

We went back up to the lodge and they told us the "big herd: had just come in. There were so many giraffes we couldn't get them all in one photo.

We went out to the observation platform to get closer.

It was really chilly so we moved back to the lodge.

By then there were several giraffes really close.
