Mom retired from Southwestern Bell after working there for 27 years.

The cake was yummy! It had a raspberry filling.

Jim Shelgren, mom's District Manager, gave a little presentation.

He gave mom a gift certificate to the Tower of the America's in San Antonio. He gave it to her because she worked the Southwestern Bell pavillion at Hemisfair. Here's a picture of her.

Then she got her retirement present from the company... a gold ring.
