We stayed a little bit longer to watch the buffalo and then we moved on.

The ravens were everywhere and they were really big.

It wasn't long before we saw another herd.

We came across a bunch of people looking through binoculars so we stopped. We didn't have binoculars but we could see a little dot to the left of the tree in the upper center of the photo. A nice lady lent us her binoculars so we could see and Bill took a photo.

The dot was 2 female elk. They told us there was a male nearby.

Sure enough, when he walked out, he was much bigger than a dot, we didn't need binoculars to see him.

There were a couple of photographers out there taking photos of them.

We got some good shots of the male.

He would lay down and then stand up and make a loud braying noise.

Eventually he walked off with the girls in tow.
