Finally! We saw a buffalo.

One buffalo in  a field all by himself. He was HUGE!

Then a little farther down the road we saw a heard of buffalo on the side of the road.

We took pictures from the car.

We got this flyer when we got to the park warning us about staying in the car around buffalo.

So, as soon as the buffalo started crossing the street...

Just about everyone jumped out of their car, including Bill, to take pictures.

As soon as they crossed, a lot of the younger ones started butting heads. They really were aggressive.

A baby stopped with it's mom right in the middle of the street for a snack.

It took a long time for the whole herd to cross.

Back in the car, traffic was moving again.
