The walkway was raised and in some places the floor was plexiglass. We could see this brilliantly-colored painting of a bird on the wall but we couldn't get a photo of it no matter what we did. You can still see the colors.

We got to one point and the best mosaic was far under the plexiglass. This was the best shot we could get so, we improvised.

Bill held on to me and I leaned WAY over, holding the camera out as far as I could and took a picture. Bill was VERY nervous, I think more for the camera than for me!

We got an awesome picture! This is a mosaic of Nereid (a sea goddess) riding a hippocamp and Neptune.

Just past the Neptune mosaic, the walkway ended and we could just take overview photos of the other houses.

They were very cool and were fairly reconstructed.

We met our tour group at the bottom by Hadrian's Gate.
