Tanzania Trip
Tanzania - P.95
We saw this a few times. a long-dead zebra with the skin still on the skeleton. It looked like a zebra asleep in the grass. |
A Hartebeest with a baby. |
We were lucky to see these Eland. They're very shy. |
They were HUGE! |
You can kinda see how big this one is next to the bush and it wasn't the biggest one in the herd. |
They didn't want anything to do with us. They left. |
We came up on a cheetah that had recently killed and was eating an impala. |
She didn't care that we were there. She was very concerned about something else. |
Vultures were nearby just waiting for a chance to eat. |
Cheetahs expend all of their energy to get their food. If anything came by to fight her for the impala, she would have a hard time fighting them off. |
One vulture did come close-ish but didn't chance it. |
She didn't consider us a threat at all. |
