Tanzania Trip

Tanzania - P.25

First things first!

Elephant skull.

The park already started out cool with this Baobab tree at the entrance.

A Tawny Eagle.

A male Impala.

The rest of his family.

This was so cute! There were a bunch of these Yellow-Collared Love Birds all over the ground.

This is damage done by elephants. We saw damage like this all over the place.

The mounds are termite mounds.

More impala.

A herd of wildebeest.

A female Von Der Decken's Hornbill

The Baobab tree can get really huge. There's one called "Poacher's Hide.' It's 10m around and is estimated to be 300 years old. There's a small door in the tree. The interior has clearly been used for hunters in the past.
