Took a while

It took a while. On the way we were even stopped by some peope who were lost and they asked us for directions. We had to tell them we were Americans and had no idea.

Back to the hotel

Now that we checked out the shops we actually had to find our way back to the hotel. This was a VERY different way back and in the dark.

We got off at the right stop but we saw this street with cute Christmas lights and shops so we decided to walk back a different way. Hopefully we'd find our way back.

Empty streets

I think it was time for siesta. There was no one around. The streets were pretty empty. It couldn't have been just because of the rain.

Mexican embassy

We were walking to the hop on, hop off bus stop. On the way we saw this really pretty house! It turns out it's the Mexican Embassy. Pretty!

Turret

The stairs led to another path which led to the turret at the end of the parking lot! They were really nice, wooded trails with seating so you could stop and enjoy when you wanted.

Even after all those stairs we still had to hike up the huge hill to the Parador.

Cute town!

We walked back to the Parador a different way than we came. It was a really cute town! Most of the shops were closed at the time we were there.

Restaurant

We ate at a restaurant across from the church. Afterwards we walked a different way back to the Parador.
