Ocean Pic!

A little overcast today but the ocean was very calm. They said possible scattered showers but I don't think we ever got any.

Halfway

We're about halfway there today. During the morning's announcements today was the first day they said the closest land was Funchal, Madeira instead of the Bahamas.

Cool day

It was much cooler today than the previous four day, they said the high was going to be 64° F, but there were still quite a few people in the pool.

Daily ocean pic

We tried to take at least one picture of the ocean every day. I think we might have missed one day. Today was a bit cloudy.

No land

It was amazing how fast we lost sight of land after we left Miami. Every morning they had announcements. How far we were from the closest land, how far from our destination. By now we were in the hundreds and thousands of miles in each direction.

No fish

When we were closer to Miami we could see flying fish jumping from the wake but after a couple of days, no more flying fish.

Easy day

Super easy day today. Got up late, as usual, ate lunch at the buffet and back to the room to spend some time on the balcony.

We were very surprised when all of those people were gathered to watch the documentary: Vikings Journey to the New World.

Final bow

They didn't allow photos during the show. We saw them stop people from taking photos so these were the only photos we managed to take on the sly. It was too bad. Kris was called up to be part of the show!

Ocean!

We spent a little time on our balcony before we had to get ready for dinner. Nothing fancy, we just had to change in to jeans.

We got up super late, ate lunch and headed to the Atrium to have some coffee and read. At 2 they were going to play Deal or No Deal.
