Osmin told us Cuba doesn't get a lot of paint imported. There was a lot of peeling paint but it just gave everything character.

Down the street
Our hotel was more on a residential neighborhood. Pretty quiet.

Since the trees had dropped their leaves I thought the view was quite nice. In the Summer it would have been pretty private.

We had a cute balcony where we could sit and anjoy the outside.

We hadn't seen anyone on the side bridge since we left Funchal but someone had to be in there. They pulled some shades down.

When Winston Churchill was painting, he'd sit on a balcony up on the left anf look down at the fishing village.

THis is the first time ever we've had a balcony room. We were very excited!

We finally got to see our room! it was so cool! Very well laid out. We were super happy with it!
