Transatlantic Cruise

We departed the Port of Miami on April 19th for a 12-day Transatlantic cruise aboard the Norwegian Epic. There was one stop on Day 9 at Funchal, Madeira before the cruise ended in Barcelona, Spain.

Day 1

Arrive at the Port of Miami, embarkation and tour the ship and depart Miami.
Day 2

We watched game shows, drank lots of coffee, saw Dora the Explorer and went to Cirque Dreams and Dinner.
Day 3

Wii dancing, Vikings and Brazilian dinner!
Day 4

We hung out on our balcony all day!
Day 5

Reading poolside, wave bowling, pretty sunset, steak restaurant and gambling!
Day 6

Reading pools, Japanese restaurant and gambling!
Day 7

Ocean, reading, Dora the Explorer and sunset!
Day 8

Ocean and relaxing!
Day 9

Funchal Madeira! Our tour took us to Camara de Lobos, a small fishing village made famous by Winston Churchill and then we were off to Cabo Girao, the highest sea cliff in Europe and the second highest in the world.
Day 10

Lazy day, only one photo.
Day 11

Spongebob, sunset, coffee and music.
Day 12

End of the cruise, arrival in Barcelona, Spain.
