We stopped where there was a group of people. They were watching something in the bushes tearing up a small tree. There was a female elk hanging around. When the commotion stopped, a bull elk stepped out.

We're told tearing up things like trees and bushes is normal to show how macho he is.

We were just leaving the park when we came across a few people stopped on the side of the road so, we stopped. We were very excited to see they were looking at 2 bald eagles!

It was a very exciting way to end the day!

Day 7. It was a beautiful day!

We were going to take the lift up the mountain.

The lift was brand new for the upcoming ski season.

It took about 10 minutes to get up.

Thing were just changing colors for Autumn. Very pretty!
