Day 9. Leaving Tuscany for Venice.

We drove back to Chiusi and returned the rental car. Then we walked to the train station. We had time so we sat down for a lunch.

The train was 35 minutes late. We watched the machine on the other track slowly move toward us, replacing the railroad ties as it went. It was a really neat machine.

Finally on the train.

Our car was pretty empty. There was only one other person there when we got on.
