More wall decoration

An alley in-between the building.

Not quite sure what this is.

We saw several floor that were covered with a tarp and sand like this one.

Another uncovered floor. We couldn't tell if people moved the tarps of is the weather did.

Some of the excavated pieces that weren't good enough to go in to the museum were stuck on this wall.

Every time I look up Ostia, this is what it seems to be most famous for...the ancient latrines. They lined 3 walls of this room.

More housing and shops on the bottom floors.

This looked like a big garden with statues.

The theater was huge. It would hold up to 4,000 people.
